Tankless Water Heater Upgrade
About the Project
This project involved removing an existing 50-gallon tank water heater and upgrading the home to a high-efficiency tankless water heater system. After safely disconnecting and removing the old unit, we installed the new tankless heater along with the necessary plumbing connections, venting, and system setup.
We also rerouted the furnace venting to improve the layout of the utility area and create additional usable space for the homeowner. The finished installation provides on-demand hot water, improved energy efficiency, and a cleaner, more open mechanical room.
